The Club has no official events scheduled for July, but many of our members will be exhibiting and attending local shows and trials.

Supported Entry at Richmond Dog Fanciers

Please join us for the Richmond Dog Fanciers' shows at the Dixon May Fairgrounds, Dixon, CA, Saturday and Sunday, August 7 & 8, 2010. NCSHC supports the entry of Siberian Huskies at these shows.

There was an ERROR in the originally published and distributed Premium List, omitting Siberian Husky Veteran Sweepstakes from the Saturday show. The online Premium List has been corrected, and here is the information about the supported entry:

00100. SWEEPSTAKES for Siberian Huskies (Saturday & Sunday)
The Sweepstakes is open to the listed breeds who are 6 months and under 18 months of age on the day of the show. All dogs entered in Sweepstakes must also be entered in a Regular Class. Sweepstakes will be judged prior to the Regular Classes. Indicate Sweepstakes and age division on the regular entry form under "Additional Classes."
Entry fee is $12.00.

10100. Puppy Dogs, 10900. 6 months & under 9 months 10100. Puppy Dogs, 11000. 9 months & under 12 months
10200. Junior Dogs, 11100. 12 months & under 18 months

Prize Money
All money received as Sweepstakes entries will be RETURNED to the exhibitors as prize money

SIBERIAN HUSKIES (SATURDAY)
The Veteran Sweepstakes is open to Siberian Huskies who are 7 years & over on the day of the show. Dogs entered in Veteran Sweepstakes do not have to be entered in a Regular Class. Veteran Sweepstakes will be judged prior to the Regular Classes. Indicate Veteran Sweepstakes and age division on the regular entry form under "Additional Classes."
Entry fee is $12.00.

The Superintendent for the RDF shows is MB-F (www.infodog.com), and entries close 12:00 NOON (PDT), WEDNESDAY, JULY 21, 2010. Judges are:

Sunday Sweepstakes (no veterans): Honey Anne Glendinning (BC, Canada)

Next Club Meeting

The next meetings of the Board of Directors and the General Membership of the Northern California Siberian Husky Club, Inc., will be held on Saturday, August 14, 2010, at Oak Hill Park, in Danville, CA.

The Board will be meeting at 11:00 AM,
followed by the General Membership Meeting at 12:00 Noon.

Directions to Oak Hill Park:
From Highway 680 North or South, take Stone
Valley Road Exit East. Go East aproximately 3 miles.
Oak Hill Park is on the right. Park in the Monte
Vista High School Parking lot just past the park.
Refreshments will be provided.
Please bring your own beverages and chair.
