NCSHC has no official Club plans for the month of April. Remember that we do not hold our biennial specialty shows in even-numbered years--but rather alternate with the Rocky Mountain Siberian Husky Club. This year, 2008, is the year for their specialty. Several NCSHC members will be in attendance at this specialty.

NCSHC has no scheduled official events for the month of May. However, you will be able to see our members and their dogs at local dog shows and trials.

Biennial Match*
It's never to early to mark your calendar (tentatively) for NCSHC's biennial AKC Sanctioned (Plan B & OB) Match, currently scheduled for Saturday, June 28th, 2008, at Richardson Park, in Vallejo. More details to be provided once AKC approval is obtained. To make sure you receive a copy of the premium list, please e-mail us with your snail mail address.

Annual Awards Potluck & Club Meetings
Please join us to celebrate the 2007 accomplishments of NCSHC members and their dogs. Board and General Membership meetings will precede our Annual Awards Potluck.
These events will be held on Saturday, July 5th, at Oak Hill Park, in Danville. The Club's Board of Directors will meet at 12:00 Noon, and the General Meeting (to which all are invited) begins at 1:00 PM, followed by the Awards Potluck.
To participate, bring the following:
If your last name begins with A-M: bring a main dish for 4 and a salad
If your last name begins with N-Z: bring a main dish for 4 and a dessert
It's also a good idea to bring your own chair and beverages.
Directions: From Hhighway 680, exit Stone Valley Road to the East. Drive approximately 3 miles. Oak Hill Park is on the right. Drive just past Oak Hill Park and park in the lot for Monte Vista High School.
